The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of Shri Bimal Julka, Special Secretary and Financial Advisor, Ministry of External Affairs as Secretary, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting.
Shri Bimal Julka is an IAS Officer of 1979 batch of Madhya Pradesh Cadre. Shri Julka’s appointment is vice Shri Uday Kumar Varma; IAS (MP:76) on his retirement on 30.06.2013.
